Jackson Properties, Inc. welcomes New Tenants for Q1-2013

The first quarter of 2013 was an active quarter across many of our product types and market areas. In addition to our new tenants, we had 10 existing tenants expand with us in Elk Grove, Sacramento, Folsom and El Dorado Hills.

Jackson Construction selected as Contractor for Palmer Capital Roseville relocation

Jackson Construction is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the General Contractor to oversee the tenant improvements for Palmer Capital’s 13,600 sf relocation to 1478 Stone Point Drive in Roseville.

“We are pleased to have been selected for this project in one of Roseville’s nicest Class “A” office buildings, and look forward to providing Palmer Capital with a space they can be proud of” said Todd Kraenzel of Jackson Construction. In addition to Palmer Capital, Jackson Construction is also providing additional interior improvements to some of the common areas of the building for the owners, Citadel Equities.
